hi.my friends vista laptop is stuck on the error message - BOOTMGR is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.i cant start in safemode.THING is there is a password i cant get past!?? help :)

flvCapture 3 won't work on my Xp Professional computer. It works fine and 'locates file' but won't download or play the file. For example a youtube file. A download box appears and says "getting file information" and the box graphics are active but.

Hello, We just got a Kinect for Christmas and when we install correctly we get a message saying C000022D or it says it is invalid. We called Xbox support and they said it was defective and to return it, we did and the new one says the same thing.

I downloaded free video converter from you this morning and was able to convert a total of four (4) files. The program now fails to perform the task for only one file. It waits until after all is ready, then it says it asks to be shut down. WHY???
