flvCapture 3 won't work on my Xp Professional computer. It works fine and 'locates file' but won't download or play the file. For example a youtube file. A download box appears and says "getting file information" and the box graphics are active but.

I downloaded free video converter from you this morning and was able to convert a total of four (4) files. The program now fails to perform the task for only one file. It waits until after all is ready, then it says it asks to be shut down. WHY???

Pimero 10 software was working fine. suddenly it won't load when automatically, and when I try to open from the taskbar, it begins to load but stops and shuts down when loading is 10 - 20% complete.

I will be buying an iMac when the new models are released. Is it possible to upgrade iMac RAM myself or do I have to order the desired amount when purchasing (WAY more expensive than needed ;-) Any suggestions to save money here would be awesome, thanks

I want to buy the upcoming 27 inch i7 iMac. I heard the current iMacs have a small door to upgrade RAM but that's too good to be true. I would like to know if this IS true and do you expect the new model to have the same so I could offset the cost a bit

How do you get the volume slider back on a 1st generation iTouch after it was affected by the latest update? I have tried all of the recommendations found online and finally did a complete factory restore. Please help. My iTouch is now useless.

Hello, We just got a Kinect for Christmas and when we install correctly we get a message saying C000022D or it says it is invalid. We called Xbox support and they said it was defective and to return it, we did and the new one says the same thing.
