Fake letter suggests Samsung Nexus 3

Geek.com has posted a letter, with all the identifying information redacted, which apparently confirms that Samsung is releasing a phone called the Nexus Prime. Of course, that would be true only if Samsung's lawyers couldn’t spell or write legal letters properly. Oh, and also had a good reason to redact the name of Samsung's lawyer from the letter.
In other words, it's a fake. A lot of rumours have been going around regarding the upcoming Nexus device and who will be manufacturing it. Considering Samsung made the Nexus S and HTC made the Nexus One and Motorola got the Xoom, it does seem like it's another manufacturer's turn. But, there's been no concrete information until now.
In this letter, the name Nexus Prime is mentioned five separate times. The grammar is just atrocious, with one prime (I couldn't help it) example being, "…Samsung orders you to immediate cease." Then of course there’s the lack of legal understanding. In the previous example, referring to the company as Samsung is laughable as they wouldn't be referred to without the use of their official corporate name.
Also, there is no letterhead or any information as to who received this letter. All said, it's just a waste of time.
