Got a GPS-Tracker, but no GPS-reception? You might be able to track it down anyway, using celluar info provided in the SMS from the tracker. This app will take that data and convert it into a coordinate according to the open-cell-id.org-database. If a relevant entry is found, the approximate location of your tracker will be shown on a map.
