The TecDoc PARTS DECODER enables you to research a spare part by entering a parts number.
From version 1.1 on, you can see to which vehicle the spare part fits.

Possible search criteria are:
Any number, article number, OE-number, trade number, comparable number.

The App is based on TecDocs comprehensive database with the original data of the spare parts suppliers. 400 brands, 3.7 million of standardised article descriptions and 1.5 million images are visible online. All relevant information like technical characteristics and product images are shown together with the article. Easy to use in workshops, trade and industry.

1. Used in vehicles
Display of the article information “used in vehicle”, sorted by brand, model and exact type description

2. Languages
The TecDoc PARTS DECODER can be displayed in the following languages:
German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Chinese (data language English). The language can be selected under “settings”.

3. “Replaced by”
Showing of article information “replaced by” with the link to the replacing article.

4. Additional article descriptions
Showing of “additional article descriptions”

5. Parts list
Showing of “parts lists” and link to the articles contained in the parts list

6. Found via
Showing of the article information “found via”, e.g. when searching via “any number”

7. Enlarging of product images
The product images can be enlarged with a zoom function.

8. “Landscape view”
Generally, it is now possible to rotate the App 90° and to use it in “landscape view”.

9. Search history
Up to 20 entries are stored in the search history, even after the App is closed. Any further entries then overwrite the older entries chronologically.

10. Status display of the loading
During long load times, the loading can be interrupted at any time

11. Logo updates
Automatic updating of the logos.
