From the app, save your favorite design to Camera Roll.
Exit the app. Then, from Photos -> Camera Roll, select the design you have just saved. Tap the screen to display the menu.
Select the leftmost icon and tap Use as Wallpaper. Follow the menu instructions to set the design to the wallpaper.
