Spool is the easiest way to save articles and video from the web onto your phone or tablet to view offline. Spool is your VCR or DVR for the Internet.
This install is only for saving from your Android phone. If you want to send from your browser to your phone, you can simply install your browser plugin for Chrome or Firefox here https://getspool.com/tools.
Don't waste time streaming video, save it to your mobile instead! For those with limited data plans, Spool helps you lower your mobile data usage and only download content over WiFi. No more slow streams on the subway or limited connectivity on a flight. Simply save video or articles to your mobile, manage them in a list view to view offline, and also backup to the cloud to view on any device. Manage or view your videos and media files in your mobile's or tablet's Spool library, without a connection.
You can also save content to share with your friends and family to send to their devices!

With Spool, you can:

★ Save for your friends & family and push to their Spool account so they can enjoy it on their device

★ Watch video from more websites than you can with any other app because we convert away from Flash

★ Read articles and watch videos offline (when you are traveling, commuting, or have no network)

★ Automatically download saved content in the background

★ Keep your saved webpages and videos synced across all of your devices (work/home computers, phone, and tablet)
How does Spool work?
1. Spool stores a copy of any webpage or video you've requested in the cloud

2. Saved content can be viewed using the Spool web app or mobile app

3. The mobile app automatically downloads saved content to your phone for offline access

4. All videos & images are converted to a phone-friendly format (no Flash required!)
5. You can push any content to your friends & family's phones
For optimal experience, install our free browser plugins and extensions. This allows you to sync Spooled content between your computer and your phone. Everything is saved in the cloud and then downloaded onto your phone.
