the author of this app says:
Share any file with anyone using FileKicker via Kik Messenger.
FileKicker uses Kik Messenger's new API to send any file from your Android device to any phone using Kik Messenger. If you don't have Kik Messenger, go check it out!
Someone commented that it won't share large files. That limitation is set by Kik Messenger, not by me. I'm thinking about adding a feature that lets you chunk large files to send them -- let me know if that's something you'd like to see.
By downloading and using FileKicker, you accept full responsibility for the legality of the content you share using this app.
NOTE! Although Kik Content Messages are not supported by Windows Phone, and there is no FileKicker for iOS app, there is still a way to share your files with users on these systems. Send the file like you usually would, then click on it. FileKicker will open, and prompt you to download the file or share the url. Click on [Share File Url] and Android will give you a list of ways to share. You can use any of these, but to send it to your Kik buddy, click on Kik Messenger in the list and then select that conversation.
I'm planning to develop more features and more apps soon, so stay tuned!
