Emojicoder Pro 1.0.0
the author of this app says:
“Emojicoder Pro” is a full-featured emoji operating tool that allows you to enter/convert/analyze all built-in emojis in two different code set; Unicode Emoji (Apple Color Emoji) and Softbank Emoji.
WHAT IS EMOJI?
Emojis are special iconic characters of pictographs/emoticons such as 😄🌺🎆🚌, originally used for Japanese cellular devices. iPhone (iOS 4.2 or later) supports two different emoji sets; Unicode Emoji, that is a primary set for iOS 5 as well as Mac OS X Lion conforming to formal standard, and Softbank Emoji, that is an informal local cellular emoji set but widely used with iOS 4 or prior. These two resemble each other but are very different in coding and compatibility.
WHAT YOU CAN WITH THIS APP
–Easily and quickly entering any built-in emojis even ones not in the standard Emoji Keyboard.
–Handling both Unicode and Softbank Emojis according to destinations and purposes.
–Using iOS 5’s secret monochromatic emojis such as 🌋👹🙋.
–Converting between Unicode Emojis and Softbank Emojis that allows you to avoid unexpected miscodings and errors.
–Distinguish Unicode Emojis from Softbank ones with colored panels.
–Extracting any explicit and implicit emojis with the Analysis Panel.
FEATURES
–Emoji Panel–
A scrollable input panel that allows you to browse and enter all built-in emojis quickly. It has two input modes to handle similar but differently-coded emoji sets; “Unicode Emoji (Apple Color Emoji)” and “Softbank Emoji.” The Unicode Emoji Set also contains a lot of monochromatic emojis in iOS 5.
–Emoji Conversion–
Converts between Unicode Emojis (Apple Color Emojis) and Softbank Emojis. The Clipboard Sync allows you directly to convert the clipboard content copied in other application and to paste back the converted text without select-and-copy. Converting all emojis to Unicode Emojis avoid unexpected errors in certain external servers that don’t accept private codes, while converting to Softbank Emojis is sometimes useful to exchange emoji data among iPhones with older iOS.
–Analysis Panel–
Tapping [⚛] button at middle reveals the Analysis Panel that extracts emojis from the text and parses them into individual panels with codes. Each panel is colored in the following way:
Yellow: Unicode Emoji with good compatibility
Orange: Unicode Emoji with some compatibility issues
Blue: Softbank Emoji
Orange panels also include implicit emojis stated by the Unicode Standard such as ☎☺♥, that could be replaced by other emojis in some devices/systems.
–Character Counter–
The text editor is equipped with a dual character counter showing both canonical and internal lengths of the text. For a technical reason, most Unicode Emojis have different numbers for the two. For most cases, adopt latter one for observing text-length limitation.
