Note: This is not a VOIP application nor does it support connecting on any other phone than the one the app is installed on. It only calls out and does not support the callback feature of Google Voice. The app uses your cell carrier's minutes. The reason to use this app to make phone calls is set the caller id to your Google Voice number and maintain your call history through Google Voice.
