HOW TO REGISTER
To use the mobile banking app, you need to be a NatWest Online banking customer with a personal account held in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.
Once you've downloaded the app, registering is simple. All you need is your Online banking customer number, debit card and some other information including your card security number and postcode.
To complete the registration process, well verify your details and send you a text message within 24 hours to let you know that you can start using the app.
