Just enter the type of exercise and how long you worked out, and My Health will calculate the calories you used. This is great for people who are controlling their daily calorie intake. The more calories you spend exercising, the better meals you can eat while still staying within your diet and still reach your weight loss goal.

Your valuable health data is safe with My Health. You can backup your data to the cloud and restore it, even if you change your phone or tablet.
