R.A.T. (Rapid Assault Tactics) Counters Seminar 2011 1.0

the author of this app says:

Experience Level: JKD Practitioners with three, or more, years of experience
Emphasis: Counters to the most common techniques of the R.A.T. program

The focus of this one-day, two-hour, seminar was on counters to the most commonly used techniques for the Rapid Assault Tactics program.

Some of the techniques shown are: Savate counters to the basic destructions, counters to the straight blast, counters to the headbutts, knees and elbows, counters to the clinch and counters to the most basic form of Sumbrada.

While the information covered in this instructional is very precise and detailed, it must be remembered that there was a time constraint of two hours placed upon on the seminar. So, the topic was not covered in depth. However, there is enough information on this instructional to keep an intermediate level student busy for several months! There are also a handful of useful concepts that will allow the advanced level student to experiment and develop his or her own methods for accomplishing the same goals.
