The Lallemand Wine app gives you instant access to the latest information on Lallemand’s yeast and bacteria products, as well as the range of applications, and optimal conditions for use.
• A news and events section providing you with the most up-to-date information from Lallemand
• A complete and detailed catalogue of Lallemand’s wine-making products, including details on which yeast and bacteria to use with specific varietals
• A malolactic feasibility table (MLF scoreboard) to help you evaluate if a specific wine can undergo malolactic fermentation and to help you choose the best process
• A complete set of conversion tools (temperature, mass, volume, and density)
The application gives you instant access to the latest information on wine yeast and bacteria, as well the range of applications, and optimal conditions for use. It also provides specific nutrient requirements for each micro-organism, as well as information on a range of specific inactivated yeast products. You’ll have access to a catalogue of all Lallemand’s products sorted by category and listing their characteristics. Enter key words (pH, alcohol level, grape variety) into the search engine in each category to find the products you’re looking for.
The application includes the ideal conversion tool for harvest season and a malolactic feasibility table to help you determine how easy it will be to achieve malolactic fermentation, along with specific recommendations. These are the first of many tools that will be featured on this app.
While the original app is designed for North America, customized updates will be introduced over the next few months to cater to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, South America, France, Italy, Germany, and Austria.
