BijiWriter is a capable and powerful handwriting utility for any Windows CE handheld.

Draw, write or scribble any symbols or ideogram characters in languages such as Japanese, Korean or Chinese. The program also allows you to take shorthand notes.

Another feature is the capability to edit, cut, copy and paste each written character or text.

Unlike typical handwriting recognition programs with foreign character support, the text written with BijiWriter is not stored as an image file. This saves storage space.
