This tool lets you set a password and lock the handheld device at shut-off. When the device is turned back on, you have to enter the password to regain access.

You can also set the device to erase all information and applications after a certain number of attempts to get into your device or a certain length of time that the device has gone without undergoing a HotSync.

Decryption on demand will improve the performance of the application when databases are accessed. The hardware buttons can be used as a speed password entry. The application has a lockout feature that will let you password protect applications so they will not be launched.

Note

If you enable the "bomb" function of this application and enter the wrong password too many times, or if you set up the HotSync feature, you will lose all of the applications and information on your handheld. Be sure to read the documentation.
