Voice LookUp 3.1

the author of this app says:

Get in touch with your contacts using speech recognition. All you have to do is speak the name of the contact that you would like to look up, for instance, "lookup Bob Smith," and all of that contact's data will be displayed on your screen.

Furthermore, suppose the contact has a work phone number. Say the command "work phone." Voice LookUp then outputs DTMF tones for that number. Hold the PDA speaker next to the phone's mouthpiece, and it dials the number for you.

This program can optionally be installed to your storage card.

New in this release is an e-mail composition dialog that allows you to insert an e-mail address into an address field by saying "LookUp Bob Smith" and the appropriate address from your contact list is inserted. Hit the send button and it is put in your Outbox. You can even create voice mail.
