This program allows you to find out what your house or car payments would be if you finance such purchases with a loan. Calculate the principal with the interest placed on the loan and then enter the loan term or the number of years you will be paying on the loan. The program takes these three numbers and calculates the monthly payment for you, including how much goes toward the interest verses the principal.
