This is a creatinine clearance and kinetics calculator for vancomycin and aminoglycocide dosing. It includes eDrugsRenal, with renal dosing information for over 500 drugs, a phenytoin levels calculator and a carboplatin/AUC dosing calculator.

This is calculated in up to three different methods: Cockcroft-Gault, Cockcroft-Gault using adjusted weight, and the Jelliffe method.

Initial dosing tools for vancomycin or aminoglycide based on the information entered for creatinine clearance are presented on the subsequent screens. The elimination rate constant, half-life and volume of distribution is calculated. With actual lab peaks and troughs, actual Ke, VD, and T-1/2 are calculated. This is a trial version that works for a male patient and on the CrCl and Vanco screens only.
