Microsoft PowerToys for Windows CE includes a version of paint, cascading menu (like the start menu), and taskbar sound controls. It also includes backgrounds and sound schemes.
The new P/PC version contains the "Hyperlinked Active Desktop," a business card exchanger, a DTMF dialer, a mute program, a paint program (which supports color on color devices), sound schemes and wallpaper.
