To attach a note to the current stint, just type it. You can view your daily, weekly or monthly totals, and use the week view where you can drag the transition times around with 1-minute accuracy.

Exported memos can be copied into a spreadsheet. You can arrange the various fields any way you want and there are two formal names for each project besides the name used in the UI. It can force one line per day and combine breaks and multiple projects intelligently. It will also export just the totals or a simple stint-list to be further processed by a DB.
