The list of foods is completely editable, all existing entries and their values can be edited. New entries to the list can also be added at the touch of a "button". The true power of the app lies in the search feature. Who has time to scroll through a long list of foods or look up a particular food in a book? The exchange list can be searched by food name or exchange values. Take a look at the pictures to see the power of the search feature. Exchange values can be searched on an equal or less than basis. *Note: The food exchange list is intended to be a guide of exchange values for foods.
