Using Ultimate Password Manager is simple to use: Generate - Store - Renew.

Generate

Generate passwords using rules of your choice:
select between dictionary-based, word-based or character-based passwords.
select to include lowercase, uppercase, numbers and special characters in any positions.
select to include optional sequence and repeat patterns.
see password examples to help you refine your rules.
always see the password strength as you modify the rules.
or simply use your own password.

Store

Store your passwords in the Safe with:
descriptive information fields (name, description, authentication information, note, web site URL).
assign a password type and category.
set a validity date and duration period.
link to a password policy in order to simplify the renewal process when the validity period expires.

Renew

Renew your passwords when they expires:
prepare to renew your yellow-flagged password entries: seven days before the end of the validity period, entries are flagged with yellow stripes.
renew your red-flagged password entries: after the end of the validity period, entries with red stripes should be renewed as soon as possible.
passwords are renewed at your request using the optionally linked policy which contains the rules to be used to renew the password. This greatly reduce the burden of renewing your passwords.
