You can either try to get the code from your kids - or you may have to strongly consider doing a Hard Reset to wipe the phone and reset back to the original state it was in when brand new. This will delete all the apps, contacts, data etc from the phone, so be aware of that.

To factory reset the Huawei HW-M860:
- Power off the phone
- Hold down the volume up button and the menu button and turn the phone on. - Keep holding the buttons until you see your carrier logo and you feel the phone vibrate.
- Release the buttons.
