Oops! We have some errors...

I am trying to copy photos in on to a stick from windows photo gallery . I get a error 0x80070052 message on most of them . Is there some freeware that i can use to correct this . Thanks ...Gil

You may only need to format the drive. Some say that formatting to Fat-32 will do the trick, but if you don't want to do that, try creating a new directory and copy the items from the root.

With your stick drive plugged into your computer, click on the computer icon on your desktop. You should see the drive listed under Devices with Removable Storage. Right click on your drive. Choose Format. Make sure to choose FAT32 under File System and click Start. It should take no time at all to format. You should then be able to load your images onto the drive.

Thank you for your answer . Regretfully I am not very good with computors and would not have a clue how to format the drive and would be quite worried to do so . If i can find out how to do it would it not wipe out all the existing info and photos ? Thanks again Gil
