I was told how good the android market was but I have no idea how to put it on my I phone please help??

The Android Market provides downloads for Android powered phones, similar to the way your iPhone finds software through the Apple Store. They don't intertwine with each other.

That said, if you're feeling geeky and have some time on your hands, you can dual-boot your iPhone and get Android running on it. This is more a hobby project and isn't for the faint of heart... and it's something you'd want to do to your main phone. The pilot episode of Android Weekly covered this topic.
