Oops! We have some errors...

I'm trying to download outlook express on my new PC which is windows 7. I get an error message that it cannot be installed. How do I tell if I have a 32 bit or 64 bit system? Could that be the problem? Thanks.

Outlook Express will not work on Windows 7, the updated version of Outlook Express is called Windows Live Mail on Windows 7.

Of further note, if you right click on the computer icon located on the desktop and choose Properties, you can see whether your system type is 32 or 64 bit. Look under the System heading.
