Short answer, not very likely, if at all. You could add a 15 second disclaimer screen at the beginning and end of your video and use a Creative Commons license.
Consider there are solutions that you can encrypt a flash drive or optical disc (CD/DVD), however, those require that you enter a password to view the content - not very practical for home movies.
