Mkae sure you have the latest version of iOS 4 the phone's operating system. Connect to iTunes to update. Make sure also you have the latest version of KWeye. Check the app store to ensure there are no updates.

If neither of these things work then it could be a current bug in the app.
Might want to reachout to the app maker on their website.
