the program was installed, however I could not find any English instruction on how to use it....all text was in another language I can NOT read or dicipher????No visuals ever showed, only audio sounds??? so I uninstalled it and came for HELP

That's strange, when I downloaded and tested this software today, it's all in English, even the Wizard. If I click on F1, it brings up support info, update history and shortcut keys, which are also in English. Additionally, GOM's website provides an online manual in English.

You may want to contact someone from GOM's technical support in regards to the audio/visual problems you experienced.
