Additional Details:
I am unable to install honeycomb on my nook color. I am using Windows Vista. I downloaded both WinImage and the Nookhoney04.img. When I try to use the "Restore Virtual Image to Physical Drive" there are no drives to select as seen on your video. Suggestions? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work.

We had some issues in getting the SD card to recognize too at first. It's a matter of some trial and error; all too often, a solution that works for one person won't work for another. Too many moving parts considering software, brand of SD card, operating system version, card reader / writer and so on. That said:
First off, ensure that it's inserted into an SD card reader and not in the NOOK Color, plugged in to the computer.
Do you have another SD card you could try? Some issues can be fixed by using a different card. WinImage is not specifically designed to write disk images to SD cards; SD card writing is more of a bonus feature. More detail on WinImage writing in this forum post.
I've not tried it personally, but some users report having success with Win32DiskImager where WinImage isn't doing the job.

Thank you for the quick response. After about ten hours, I figured out it was the extractor of the zip file. I tried a different program and voila! Now, I cannot get the Java SDK link to work on the adding apps page. I have posted another question about that.
