Nook Color boot issue

Additional Details:

I wrote the nookhoney_04.img image to a 32gb card and installed in Nook Color. It loads to Android_ in green letters with the underscore blinking. Nothing afterwards. It did load successfully one time, but didn't first time or any times (over 10) times since then.

That's a strange problem and one we've not encountered yet. The most logical solution I can see is to:

- Power off the NOOK Color completely
- Remove the MicroSD card
- Power on the NOOK Color and boot into the stock NOOK Color eReader interface
- Inser the MicroSD card
- In the Settings menu, format your MicroSD card
- Retry the write of nookhoney04.img onto the card as outlined in the How to root the NOOK Color to run Honeycomb video tutorial series.

Well, I tried that and got the same results. Fooling around with boot process and power switch got it to work. I should mention that I had already updated the Nook Color to latest version beforehand. Don't know if that matters. I have the initial boot now with the installed apps. Now, I can't get either of my Windows XP devices to see NC when I plug it in. I went through the instructions to the letter. 1. Updated environment setting with ;c:\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools\adb at the end of the TEMP setting. 2. Installed Google USB 3. Plugged in NC. PC doesn't see device and asks for New Hardware. I tried regular search as well as the specific directory for the USB folder. Nothing. Cancelled hardware install. 3. Unzipped HoneyGApps v2 4. Clicked on Install HoneyGAppInstall. Nothing. HELP
