What am I doing wrong? I am trying to download Outlook Express. Evertime I ask it to down load it goes back to the first page. Click on down load again and it will do the same thing. Help

Outlook Express is not compatible with Windows Vista. That software title was retired with Windows XP. The new version of Outlook Express is now known as Windows Live Mail which is compatible with Windows Vista/7.
