My computer cannot copy DVD's. My main purpose is to copy and reproduce DVD's. What is the cheapest way to do this, and is the cheapest the best way to go?

DVDFab HD Decrypter (to rip to hard drive and remove drm -- free)
DVD Shrink (to go from dvd9 to dvd 5 if needed -- also free)
