I don't 100% understand your question, but a good distro is Ubuntu http://www.ubuntu.com/

Hi- Thanks for the response. I saw an article on Linux, and wanted to try it, and used Ubuntu, as you suggested, but couldn't install it. I realize it's probably my skill level, but I need help. Thank You Terry Hedgecock eofats@yahoo.com
