Can Outlook Express 6 work with Windows 7, I hate Windows Live so I want to make a change. Any ideas?

No Outlook Express is not compatible with either Vista nor 7. It works with Windows XP and previous versions of windows.
You could consider Thunderbird from Mozilla as an alternative.
