Additional Details:

Before I upgraded to Windows 7 I used Outlook and it went away when I upgraded.What version of Outlook will work with windows 7?

Outlook Express was Microsoft's email client for XP and prior, but Outlook Express has been now replaced by Windows Live Mail. You can either set that up with your account information, or choose another client to import your email, like Gmail or Mozilla Thunderbird.
