She calls over and over even late at night. She won't believe I don't want to talk to her ever.16 calls since Friday evening

You'll need to contact your service provider and let them know that you would like to block a number. Verizon, for instance, let's you block numbers right from their website. Otherwise, you may look in the manual that came with your phone to find out if there is a way to block them manually or send calls from that number directly to voice mail.
