Oops! We have some errors...

have mac OS X...no installation disk ? need to know what a sword mean on root files and how to remove it to open and use those files with sword? not a stolen unit, given to me, owner cannot find original disk...please help...

Contact Apple to order a replacement disc, or order one from a third party like CDW.
