I have Ubuntu and I am trying to download Wine. It says the download is complete, but now wizard comes up at all. Can you help?

Once WINE is installed you will not need to run the Wizard again.

You might consider launching the Ubuntu Software Center and unistalling WINE and then re-installing it.
