You can list it on here and Tucows.com by registering it for free at http://author.tucows.com.

At the bottom of the main page of Tucows.com, you can find a link to Submit Software. If you haven't already, you'll need to create an account. Then click the "Add Software" tab and fill in the form, or upload a PAD file. You might be interested in viewing this video, which covers the process of submitting software in detail.
