Contact the software developer for help with that. Also please consider that we do not sell software directly. Yes, we have some buy now links, however those are all handled by our affiliate partners - not Butterscotch/Tucows.

If you are having problems with the Witch Board software, please contact the developer and let him know. If the problem cannot be resolved, the developer would be the person to contact in regards to a refund, as we only list the software in our library, we do not sell or accept payments.
