The hearing impaired aren't left out at this year's Consumer Electronics Show. Viable showed its Vpad+ at the CES Unveiled event. This wireless communication device allows a hearing impaired person to communicate with an operator in sign language. This operator will then interpret the sign language and speak it back to the hearing person and interpret what the hearing person says into sign.
