If you're new to Android, coming from another smartphone or feature phone, you may miss the ability to create unique sound profiles. Sound profiles on your Android phone can change according to your location, the time of day or who's calling. Doc shows us several apps that'll let you create sound profiles.

Suppressor
- Doesn't provide "profiles" but rather, a way to monitor sound levels
- You can adjust the sound levels under the three default options.
- Pick from Sound, muted and vibrate.
- Make adjustments untill you have it how you want it.
Simple Sound Profile Widgget
- Comes with four default profiles.
- You can edit a profile by long-clicking on a selection.
- You can add a new profile from the Menu key.
