MY Problem is the sound. - not the video. I just deleted Quicktime. Previous to that I had downloaded Ifanview to run with Quicktime. Everytime I download Windows Media Player for my XP I am not able to get it operating properly n Control Panel due to lack of knowledge. Dr David Michael Wood
