Geek Alarm keeps you on track

If you're anything like Miss Download, AKA Cheryl Poirier, you probably lose all track of time when you sit down at the computer. Geek Alarm forces you to take a break by locking you out of your computer. Irritating, sure, but it's for the greater good. As Cheryl explains though, Geek Alarm also offers a more passive reminder mode that simply reminds you to take a break as opposed to forcing you to do so.
