General Motors first ever planned production electric vehicle

Range
40 miles (~65km) on a charge.
Includes a gasoline generator engine to charge the battery and drive beyond the lithium ion battery's range

- If charged over night (6-8hr) using 120v charger, it costs about $0.50 to charge at current electricity rates.

- Also has a 240v option (similar to a dryer or stove outlet) to charge in less than 3hr.

- Start of regular production "end of 2010."
