Price as tested: $79
- Drives range in price from ~ $80 to $300.
- Volume pricing on the Enterprise model.
- Capacities range from 1GB (as tested) to 32GB.
- Uses AES 256-bit hardware encryption to keep your data safe and secure.
- Upon plugging the IronKey into a USB port, you'll be presented with a login panel. Without this login information, you cannot access the drive.
- After 10 failed login attempts, the IronKey will explode. Well, not explode, but "flash-trash" will destroy the storage hardware. This is more reliable than software destruction of data.

- Includes a secure virtual keyboard; if you're concerned about data (usernames and passwords for example) being captured at the hardware level, use the virtual keyboard to input this data.
- Protects against identity theft.
- VeriSign certified protection for eBay and PayPal accounts.
- Mac and PC compatible. However, some actions like updating software on the key requires connection to a Windows computer.
