If you're anything like us, it can be difficult to haul yourself out of bed in the morning. And, if you're anything like us, you're willing to try anything to rouse you from slumber in the morning. The XtremeMac Luna SST isn't the weirdest alarm clock accessory we've seen. In fact, it's not weird at all. Rather, it's a practical beside clock, speaker dock and charging cradle for your iPhone.

XtremeMac Luna SST
$129.99
The XtremeMac Luna SST is a clock radio with a difference. It links up to your iPhone to charge and lets you play music just like any other iPod / iPhone dock. More interesting though is the detachable speaker. Set two different alarms and break the left speaker off and put it on your bedmate's side in order to rouse him or her from slumber.
The free XtremeMac Alarm Clock app is what sets the Luna SST apart from other iPod / iPhone dock clocks. With it, you can sync your alarms, change the red LED display's brightness level, even do some rudimentary equalization to get the best sound possible from your iPod playlist.
Sure, you could go to a big box store and pick up a bedside alarm clock for about $100 off the asking price for the Luna SST, but you'd have nowhere near the same geek cachet and, unless we're very much mistaken, that's what you want when you climb into bed with your significant other.
