hmm, and my comment just fot cut in half so here is the second half. Use twitters retweet functionality, which most twitter clients support. It'll reduce those 100 tweets just to 1. Please mention this in your next show.

I agree with most of the things you said, but ARGH! (yes, I'm shouting ;-) ). Please, please, please don't encourage the "RT" behavior. Retweeting is great, but if 100 people retweet someones tweet, you get 100 different copies of it >.
